I’m an out-of-state homeowner, and when my renter contacted me because the garage door suddenly wouldn’t open, they were incredibly responsive and made what could have been a stressful situation remarkably easy. From my very first phone call, the customer service was outstanding. They listened, they cared, and they immediately worked to get someone out to my property. Hayden P. was exceptional — professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He kept me informed throughout the entire process, explained what he found, walked me through my options, and made sure I had all the information I needed to make the right decision as the homeowner. The motor ultimately needed to be replaced, and Hayden made sure my renter was completely taken care of before he left. He also explained what may have contributed to the original problem and provided a quote for potential future work, without ever making me feel pressured. I also greatly appreciated that they honored a veteran discount. But what really says something about this company is that every single person I dealt with was wonderful. I was so impressed with the service that I called afterward simply to tell them what an amazing job they had done — and even the woman who took that call was incredible. She listened, cared, and made me feel like my feedback genuinely mattered. That kind of service comes from a company culture, not just one great employee. Top-notch customer service, professionalism, fair pricing, quality work, and people who genuinely care. Managing a repair from another state requires trust, and they earned mine completely.
