PROBLEM
An international manufacturer expanding into 2 new campus buildings required a comprehensive, enterprise-grade security system to protect high-value assets, proprietary processes, and personnel. An aggressive timeline driven by Temporary and final Certificate of Occupancy (TCO/COO) deadlines left no margin for delays in the security deployment.
SOLUTION
DH Pace Systems Integration Group coordinated directly with the manufacturer and their general contractor to design and deploy a fully integrated security solution across more than 465,000 sq. ft. of industrial space. The system includes more than 240 high-definition IP cameras with low-light capability monitoring the facilities and perimeter—covering more than 50 doors—and more than 80 access control card readers installed throughout.
At employee pedestrian entrances, 4 custom glass optical turnstile arrays manage foot traffic with minimal impact on throughput or facility aesthetics. On the property’s perimeter, 2 large vehicular gates provide secure, high-throughput access at facility entrances. All video, access control, and intercom systems are unified within a single security platform, replacing disconnected interdependently managed systems, and enabling centralized oversight and rapid incident response.
DH Pace met all TCO and COO milestones without operational disruption, delivering 2 highly secure facilities with strict access segmentation between production, engineering, and logistics zones. The unified platform supports enhanced investigation capabilities through centralized video access and provides a scalable, repeatable security standard to support the manufacturer’s continued growth.
